Barbie Nails (Water Decal)

Finally, I have chance to try out my Barbie water decal, it was fun and easy to use.  So this is the result,

Nail polishes I used;

1. Thumb: Nature Republic SPK203 + Bourjois Gel no 6

2. Index; Bourjois Gel no 6 + Etude House Etoinette Versailles Nails in water rose

3. Middle: Etude House Etoinette Versailles Nails in water rose and mint leaf + OPI banana bandana 

4. Ring: Etude House Etoinette Versailles Nails in water rose 

5. Little: Etude House Etoinette Versailles Nails in mint leaf. 

All in 2 coats + Seche vite top coat. 

Spring Rose Nails

It's end of March, but still a bit cold here in Taiwan, really longing for summer to come......
Today I decided to do a simple Spring rose nails using Etude House Etoinette Versailles Nails set. I've reviewed about the nail set here.
So, this is what I came out;

I used 2 coats on every nails and for the flower I used Bourjois Gel Silicone texture nail polish in number 6, and the white I use nature republic number WH002 in white. 

For the ring finger I use QA38 stamp plate. It's supposed to be Audrey Hepburn but I smeared out a bit when I applied top coat, so it's now look like a vampire has some blood drooling from her mouth.... (damn!!!) 

This is a simple picture of how I draw my flowers, I just used a dotting tools 

First, make 3 dots with pink polish, then dot white polish on top of it (center), then with smaller dotting tools (the pointy one-if you don't have it you can use needle or toothpick), very lightly make a circle motion from in to out ( I mean from the center of the white polish), then just add some green nail polish as leaves. On my nails I use Konad nail art pen &brush for the leaves. That's it. Very simple!! 

The plate that I use. QA38. Sorry for the picture, it's kind a weird, but this is the best that I can do to capture the images on the plate. Anyway, I bought it from Yahoo Taiwan. The price is quite cheap, it's 50 NT or around 15,000-16,000 IDR so cheap for this cute plate. They also have Gangnam Style plate, Snow White. If you interested you can search more on Qiao An stamping plate, they have several cute plates. From what I know, you can find this product on taobao.com (and they sell it cheaper than 50 NT).

GG Taeyeon 'I Got a Boy' Photos Book Inspired Nail

Have you seen Girl Generation (SNSD- we call them that in Taiwan - translation from their chinese group name) - I Got a Boy MV? I really like that song lately ^^ , then I saw this pic on the net 

I love her nails ^^

So I try it ^^ , and my version like this

These are steps how I draw the cat

1. First outline the ears and cat's head (I'm using dotting tools) then just fill in the space with black nail polish
2. I draw the ears first (just draw triangular on both sides) 
3. Then heres comes the eyes
4. Finally just dot a green polish for the pupil and draw line at the center of it and we finish for the cat^^. 

In this nail I use 

1. dotting tools 

2. OPI morning glory (from the skullicious collection) for black nails 

3. Bourjois So laque in color Bleu Fabuleux (60) for middle and ring fingers

4. First Kiss brush on nail art paint in white for the cat's eyes

5. OPI Mermaid Tears for the cat's pupils 

6. Bling2x (Stars and gold circle)
