Laneige Two Tone Lip Bar #3 Pink Salmon Review and Swatch

Hello Dazzlers,
It's been longggg time since I review lip products.  Today I'm going to review about Laneige.

If you are K-pop or K-dramas fans (Like I am)

You will notice lots of them have that gradient lips 

I have love hate relationship with this gradient lips 

I think I'm not that great on doing it and the result make 

me like I'm sick or the color just seem so weird

(Is it happen to you too?)

When I saw Laneige have this Lip Bar come out 

I think well, why not, let's give it a try!!

The lippie looks like a pen (Well, yeah I think I'm obsessed with 

pen look alike lippie) 

or maybe look like a USB driver?? 

Anyway, at the side the have like scroller...

(is it? well don't know how to say it)

and the bottom is color of lippie 

Inside, the bullet is rectangular with two shades of color 

the soft and deeper color 

to make the gradient lips faster.

Since it's summer, I chose no 3 PINK SALMON

It's orange color but it's a bit softer cause it has 

pink hint in it

It's not matte lippie, it has translucent shine in it 

and not sticky 

Gradient Lips 

My first impression... 

It's still not easy to apply this lippie at first 

The rectangular angle just make it harder to reach the end of my lips 

(a bit awkward for me at first time of using this) 

but getting better after times... 

But still.... 

rather than having gradient lips 

I love using it full lips. 

The soft color, make the orange looks softer 

LOVEEE ITT 

What I love bout this Lip Bar 

1. Color choices ( it has 10 choices of colors)

2. No scent 

3. Moisture (it didn't dry up my lips)

4. Long wear (It still there when I finish my bowl 

of mangoes and if its gone it tint)

5. PEN look alike (so it's slim and chic) 

What I don't like 

1. The rectangular bullet..... 

2. The price is quite expensive.

It's 890 NT (bought on Lainege Taiwan counter)

I really recommend this lip bar for you who 

really love gradient lips 

It's the fastest way

but if you feel so so bout gradient lips 

my advice... don't buy it. 

I rather buy the 3CE or other brands 

and definitely cheaper (but also has quality)

MakeOver Creamy Lust Lipstick Nude In Paradise Swatch

Hello Dazzlers, 

This post has been in my draft for so long... 

From the last home trip I also bought several local Indonesia products. This time I bought MakeOver (heard a lot about this brand before and just want to try it ). 2 years ago I didn't have luck with this product since the Beauty Assistant kinda make me off and decided not to buy, but this time I'm glad she wasn't there!!  Anyway, let's see this creamy lust lippie 

Love the packaging 

black and simple 

Bought Nude in Paradise 

It's soft coral pink shade 

semi-matte finish 

This color really suitable for daily use 

I'm so happy with this lippie 

-It's affordable (around 69,000 IDR) 

- I didn't notice any scent

-Long lasting 

-Quite moist (it didn't dry my lips)

I don't have exact word how to describe this Jazzy pink shade

It's look like reddish pink but also has a bit of coral shade in it 

I think it's a great choice if you search for 

a bright color lip 

but don't brave enough to wear red. 

Super love with this creamy lip color 

it's so pigmented and moist

Shu Uemura Tint in Gelato Swatch and Review #AT03

Matte lipsticks seem in trend this year, but matte lipstick only look beautiful on smooth lips, so if you have dry lips you might have to pass this trend..... 

Recently I bumped into Shu Uemura Tint in Gelato lip and cheek color, and fall in love with this product

The packaging is so simple and chic. 

I like the fact they make the tube slim and sleek 

It's easier to organize and carry in make-up pouch 

The brush. 

I don't really like this kind of brush, 

for me it's kinda hard to find right angle to apply

The orange color seems intimidating 

but it's so pretty

I think the brush pick too much product on it, 

so I just put some of tint on center of the lips then 

use my finger to spread it. 

What's make this product so amazing is the creaminess of the formula, yet it dry up as matte.

It's so creamy that's it didn't dry up my lips, not sticky at all 

and has no scent 

Really blown away with this formula 

Love everything about it except the brush.  

The price is quite expensive (I bought it at 800 NT), but it's worth it. 

(this tint also can be used as blush, but I haven't use it since I prefer

powder blush)

Nature Republic Creamy Lipstick Swatch and Review #11

Lately, I'm so into pink coral lip color

Then I came across this product, picked no 11. 

Too bad I don't know what's in 3 Non Added Formulas

When I saw the tube it's remind me of Innisfree product, the difference only 

at the bottom, NR place the color "sign" at the bottom of the tube and have the number or

name of the lipstick inside the tube.

It's Pink Coral color

No shimmer or glitter on this formula

the finish more on satin finish.  

I really love this product <3 <3 <3

love the color, it's pigmented, creamy and glide easily and smooth on my lips

didn't dry out my lips 

It has slight scent of mango (nice scent) not too strong 

Staying power standard 

For this line they have quite lots of variance (If I'm not mistaken they have 17 or 20 choices) 

Bought mine at counter for 480 NT (the price also affordable)

Skinfood My Short Cake Lip #OR01 Review

Finally.... my first post in February :P
Been so busy with Chinese new years holiday and stuff, so here I back with new review <3

Mine is OR01 and the bullet has My short cake and lace pattern crave on it. (Just the same pattern like outside the bullet)

So basically this lip line concept, you can choose the casing of lipstick, that's why they also call it DIY lip, since you can change the casing. They have 5 choices of lip colors and 5 different lip casing.   They sell it separately.

eekkk. This is so weird. The first time I used it, the formula just not right. It's so dry

as you can see, it chapped all over my lips 

This my second attempt, far better (but I applied lots of lip balm under)

I do love the color, unfortunately I hate the formula, it's not moist enough for me. 

The casing might look from the paper box, but it quite sturdy. Glad that they sell the casing and lipstick separately. 

Last, just like other skinfood Lip products, this one also has scent on it, kind a fruity scent, not too strong, but sure noticeable 

Have you tried this lipstick before? 

Would you interested with the changing lip casing idea? (kinda remind me of changing our phone's casing :p  )

SKINFOOD Pomegranate Lipstick #PK03 Review and Swatch

I've been wanting to try lipstick with SPF in it and a while ago (yes, bought this lipstick around 4 months ago) spotted that SKINFOOD has this line Pomegranate lipstick with SPF 10 in it. 

The new one has plastic seal all over it 

Inside the tube there's letter "pomegranate lipstick" stamp on the lipstick bullet.

I chose PK03 

(I don't know what's the name since I don't understand Korean)

but when you googling the name of PK03 is 

'Chic Sparky Pink'

but don't know, not sure about it. 

In Skinfood's Taiwan website PK03 name is 嬰兒粉 (Baby Pink)

*I did apply lip balm on bare lips 

I love this kind of pink lips 

The strawberry milky kind of pink <3 

not too pale and too bright, very ideal for daily use 

My first impression of using it, it dried up my lips, because I forgot to apply lip balm before, so my bad. The second time I used it, my lips was fine since I put my lip balm before. 

What I love about this lipstick;

- It has SPF 10 (the ultimate reason I bought this lipstick)

- It has range of colors (11 variances) 

- It has slightly pomegranate scent in it (not too strong), found it very relaxing. 

What I don't like 

- The price is a bit higher than other's range of collection (in Taiwan they sold @590 NT)

- It's not moisture enough for me, I have to make sure to put lip balm before using this. 

- It's not as long lasting as my innisfree or 3CE lipstick

Too Cool for School Hot Girl Lip Sticker No 2 Hawaiian Flower Review

Helloooo everyone :D

Sorry for haven't post anything for my blog for several days. 

My 2 kids were sick. My daughter with her allergic and my son caught a stomach flu.... what a week!!! (Blame it on the weather!!! The weather is very unfriendly these days, hot on the daylight and cold at night). Anyway... today I'm back with review of Too Cool for School product (this is my first product from this brand) Hot Girl Lip Sticker.  

Mine is in no 2 Hawaiian Flower 

I love the slogan, I thought it's quite funny. 

Yes!!! I'm not boring hahaha :p

Since I bought it from Taiwan store counter, they just stick chinese translation on the back of the box.

The lipstick packaging.

So cute, the checker design make it look unique and outstanding <3

But..... It's small

In this picture, I roll up all of the lip product inside and that's how much you get. 

Swatches;

On the bullet it's look like a very dark purple pink, but when you swatch it, 

it turn on to be more pinky than dark purple. 

On my lips;

For bare lips, I use lip balm only. 

As you can see, on my lips it's turn out to be berry pink. 

and when I notice the bullet, the lipstick has slight of gold shimmer in it. ( I try to capture it with my camera, but fail miserably, sorry)

What I love about this product;

1. The texture; It's something in between, It's glide smoothly on my lips but not too creamy (like buttery cream or looks like the bullet gonna melt in hot weather). It dries not too matte and not too glossy. 
2. It long lasting (That's why they call it lip sticker). The color 'stick' on your lips for quite long time. When you have big eat or drink, the pink color will slightly gone, but it leave stain on your lips. 
3. It has a slight scent of sweet candy (just a slight not a strong scent)
4. It not drying up my lips (but I used lip balm before it)

The cons;

1. The price!!! I bought it from the counter for 400 NT up (I forget the exact price), but that price for 2.45 gr of lipstick.

Etude House Vivid Pop Stick No 6 Girls on Top Review

Hellooo, today I want to share Etude House Vivid Pop Stick No 6 (Girls on Top)

No 6

The stick is quite CHUBBY...

I love the lips design on the stick. 

The cap is made from plastic and make 'pop' sound when you open it. 

  

Swatches;

Sorry for the bare lips pic, I think it's because of the lightning, my lips look darker. Anyway, No 6 color is pinky coral. With this stick you can build up the vividness of the color. 1 layer is quite ok, I have slight pinky color on my lips, but I think I want more vividness, so I adding up 2 layer.

And finally I added more layer. 3 layers of matte pop stick. 

It feels a bit heavy since the formula is a bit dry (maybe because is matte formula), so as a result you can see on my lips the dryness and lip lines and wrinkle.

Honestly, after I tried this stick on my lips, I'm a bit disappointed with the formula. 

I love the pinky coral color, but I think the pigmentation not too good and the formula is super dry, and it's not long lasting (at least on me) or might be because I choose a bit nude color. 

Good thing about this chubby stick is it has no scent and auto so you don't need sharpener. 

Would I go and try other colors? NO

Well I love the color on my face, but the drying formula just.... mehhhh
