Skinfood Nail Vita Alpha ADN02 Swatch (Matte Nail Polish)

Hello Dazzlers, 

As series of Skinfood ADN01, the matte collection, today I'm going to swatch ADN02 

ADN02 (2 coats no top coat) 

is a soft pastel blue matte polish 

what fascinate me about this polish 

is that it has glitter in it (considering it matte) 

It has silver blue shimmer in it. 

As a result the matte won't look so dull on the pic 

but give you a bit of glow

This jeans collection is a matte polish 

start with the palest white blue then going to dark blue

Skinfood Nail Vita Alpha ADN01 Swatch (Matte Nail Polish)

Hi Dazzlers, 

Today I'm gonna swatch nail polish from Skinfood their jeans collection, which is mean matte nail polish collection 

Skinfood ADN01 

ADN01 is white matte nail polish 

but it has blue shimmer in it, too bad it didn't really show up 

on the pic 

I think because it has blue shimmer in it 

on different light or angle sometimes it look like 

grayish white

Skinfood Milky Rose Vita Color Lip Lacquer PK02 Review and Swatch

This Product is from Skinfood 

Milky Rose Vita Color Lip Lacquer 

This Collection from their 2014 Spring Collection 

Too bad the number of this lipstick is only at the cap seal 

The packaging really look like a pen 

I think it's the same material too :p

and the body part with words are from a sticker 

The Brush applicator 

I love the BRUSH

It spread the lipstick and make it smooth perfectly

There is a "click" button? (don't know what it call)

I mean you have to click it to make the product out

On my lips I just put one coat then spread it with the brush

PK02 is a baby pink with blue undertone 

On the tube it stated 

that this product is

Lipstick Mousse and Tint 

Long Lasting 

Soft mousse 

I think they call it lipstick mousse is 

because it has matte finish but it's so moisture 

and it didn't make my lips crack 

and what surprise me is 

the long lasting effect <3 

It last quite a while even after a meal 

My first impression about this lip lacquer is 

it's too watery 

but the brush really do the job to make it smooth 

Love it so much 

The second is the scent 

It has a scent of citrus but not too strong 

Overall, I really love this lippie 

Bought this at Skinfood Counter at Ximending Taipei 

for 480NT

Skinfood Queen's Baking Choco Smoky Creamy Lip Swatch and Review

Color of this year (2014) is Radiant Orchid.... yes, and I finally found that purple pink lippie that suit me.

The first time I saw this, I'm a bit reluctant to buy it, since I don't like 

lip product in Jar (I don't like poke my finger on it and put it on my lips)

But... they have brush attach at the bottom of the jar (GENIUS!!!)

Love the jar design, even tough its make it bulky, I love the idea of the attaching brush <3

and most of all.... the color is so beautiful, Purply pink color, cool undertone, not too purple not too pinky, just something in between.

First I tried to use my finger, the fastest way, the texture so creamy, and easy to apply, and

it will be more precise, and clean with brush. 

It's not super moist, but moist enough to make our lips smoother  

The brush quality not the best but it's decent enough to do its job.

What I Really love about this product;

1. Brush design at the bottom of the jar 

2. The scent (it has flowery scent but not too strong)

3.  The creamy texture

What do you think? 

Do you also love the orchid purple color?

I think this color almost similar with MAC Amp the up

Skinfood My Short Cake Lip #OR01 Review

Finally.... my first post in February :P
Been so busy with Chinese new years holiday and stuff, so here I back with new review <3

Mine is OR01 and the bullet has My short cake and lace pattern crave on it. (Just the same pattern like outside the bullet)

So basically this lip line concept, you can choose the casing of lipstick, that's why they also call it DIY lip, since you can change the casing. They have 5 choices of lip colors and 5 different lip casing.   They sell it separately.

eekkk. This is so weird. The first time I used it, the formula just not right. It's so dry

as you can see, it chapped all over my lips 

This my second attempt, far better (but I applied lots of lip balm under)

I do love the color, unfortunately I hate the formula, it's not moist enough for me. 

The casing might look from the paper box, but it quite sturdy. Glad that they sell the casing and lipstick separately. 

Last, just like other skinfood Lip products, this one also has scent on it, kind a fruity scent, not too strong, but sure noticeable 

Have you tried this lipstick before? 

Would you interested with the changing lip casing idea? (kinda remind me of changing our phone's casing :p  )

SKINFOOD Pomegranate Lipstick #PK03 Review and Swatch

I've been wanting to try lipstick with SPF in it and a while ago (yes, bought this lipstick around 4 months ago) spotted that SKINFOOD has this line Pomegranate lipstick with SPF 10 in it. 

The new one has plastic seal all over it 

Inside the tube there's letter "pomegranate lipstick" stamp on the lipstick bullet.

I chose PK03 

(I don't know what's the name since I don't understand Korean)

but when you googling the name of PK03 is 

'Chic Sparky Pink'

but don't know, not sure about it. 

In Skinfood's Taiwan website PK03 name is 嬰兒粉 (Baby Pink)

*I did apply lip balm on bare lips 

I love this kind of pink lips 

The strawberry milky kind of pink <3 

not too pale and too bright, very ideal for daily use 

My first impression of using it, it dried up my lips, because I forgot to apply lip balm before, so my bad. The second time I used it, my lips was fine since I put my lip balm before. 

What I love about this lipstick;

- It has SPF 10 (the ultimate reason I bought this lipstick)

- It has range of colors (11 variances) 

- It has slightly pomegranate scent in it (not too strong), found it very relaxing. 

What I don't like 

- The price is a bit higher than other's range of collection (in Taiwan they sold @590 NT)

- It's not moisture enough for me, I have to make sure to put lip balm before using this. 

- It's not as long lasting as my innisfree or 3CE lipstick

SKINFOOD NAIL VITA ALPHA NAIL POLISHES SWATCHES (ASG SERIES)

Finally..... My first post in 2014.
Lately, Skinfood (korean brand cosmetics) has their new line of nail polishes, it's TEXTURE nail polishes. There are 6 colors in the line, and what I love about this collection is the soft, pastel, candy colors concept.

Swatches;

ASG01- Milk Candy

A soft grayish white. 

This color so pretty, it remind me of white christmas hahaha

ASG02- Milk Tea Candy

A nude brown color 

It look like beach sand  

ASG03- Honey Candy

Mustard yellow color 

ASG04- Strawberry Candy

Milky pink color 

It look darker in real life, but 

I have problem with this bottle, the formula is so runny, hard to work with 

not sure all of the ASG04's formula all the same or just mine.

ASG05- Mint Candy

So agree with the name of the polish 

it's milky mint color (so beautiful)

ASG06-Coffee Candy 

err why name it coffee? I would prefer Choco candy

or milky choco 

'cause for me the color look like choco milk :P

All of swatches I used 2 coats no top coat and taken indoor 

It sold in Taiwan for 170 NT each (but I got 20% disc at that moment) 

I don't have issues with the formula except for ASG04 (Strawberry candy) which is too runny and took more time to dry, while others are just perfect.

I also love the color selection in this collection, it looks like it scream out SPRING!!! here I come

Neon Leopard Nail Art

Just a quick post of my weekend nails ^.^
I caught a cold and sore throat this week.... T.T , so miserable....
Anyway this my nail over weekend

What I used: 

1. Sally Hansen Hard as nails as base coat 

2. OPI Alpine snow as white based 

3. Neon polish (Pink, Green, Yellow, and Purple) I used Skinfood Junglefruits nail polish collection. 

4. As always finish it up with Seche a vote top coat.

SKINFOOD JUNGLE FRUITS Real Fresh Multi Juice REVIEW #4 Orange

I seem can't get enough with Skinfood jungle fruits collection. I love the packaging and the products also quite surprisingly amazing ^.^
So today I want to review this multi juice from Skinfood

The difference between this and Real Fresh Tint is this multi juice can be used as liptick, eye shadow, and blush on,  and has more color choices, while real fresh tint only limited as lipstick or lip tint. 

Mine is no 4 ORANGE, the brush applicator is the same with real fresh tint.

With and without Flash photo. 

Even though it's called Orange, but this has red in it, very warm color.

Wow!!!! this color and texture is A-Ha-mazing. I only put one layer of this. It's so vivid and pigmented.

The texture of this multi juice is more creamier than real fresh tint. Staying power is quite good.

So I also try use it as a blush. In this picture I only use 1 layer of Dr Jart Gold Label BB cream, no powder and no concealer. 

Dab a little and blend it on my cheek. It feel so creamy, easy to blend, not sticky and stay there for the rest of the day ^.^

It feel like it's your natural cheek colors. 

Using it as eye shadow. I  Love this!!!! 

The color turn out so good for eye shadow. It's not sticky, easy to blend, and no crease. 

Overall, I really like this product, I like it more than Real Fresh Tint. 

You have one product but can do 3 function, I think it's quite handy for traveling too or carrying it around in our cosmetic pouch for touch up ^.^

My advice, If you don't dare to put such as vivid colors on your lips, you still can use it by dabbing it on your lips. For blush on and eye shadow usage, it's better if you put the products on the back of your hand and dab a little on your cheek and eyes. This color is so vivid and pigmented so be careful, otherwise you'll put too much and gonna look like you're drunk or being slapped on your face T.T

SKINFOOD JUNGLE FRUITS Real Fresh Tint Juice REVIEW #2 & #3

Hello.... today I'm gonna review these lip tint from Skinfood, from their new Jungle Fruits Collection. There are 3 colors for these tint No 1 Tomato , No 2 Mandarine, and No 3 Pink Grapefruit, but I only bought No 2 and 3.

The Front and back packaging

I love the jungle fruits theme design. 

Feel like in tropical country and ready for holidays ^.^

The details in packaging are all in Korean, no English.

Tint bottle (so cuteeeee) 

The cap is from plastic and the half bottom are made from acrylic (not sure), 

but they make it transparent, make it easier to see the color of the tint. 

When I smell the bottle, I can smell fruity scent, not a strong scent. 

The smell quite nice. My daughter said "wow it smell so good" 

The applicator is just the usual small applicator, nothing special. 

The swatches; 

*On back of my hand, with & without flash

No 2 Mandarine 

Orange tint. 

This tint has glossy finish and the color quite pigmented. I only put 1 layer on every swatches here. 

Glossy finish but non sticky 

No 3 Pink Grapefruit

I love thisss PINK (don't blame me, I'm PINK LOVER!!!) 

I just don't get it why they named it Pink Grapefruit ( I thought grapefruit color is Orange not PINK)

while this one is so pretty milky pink.

(I think they might be just named the product with the name of tropical fruits to match the name of the collection "Jungle Fruits" hmmm)

I really don't have much complain about this products. 

I usually don't use tint. This tint quite amazed me. It has NON sticky glossy finish, vivid colors, and the colors stay really long. Don't have problem with chapped lips when I use this tint.

One problem I have with this tint is that, the glossy effect didn't last long and for no 3 tint, the color is changing on my lips.

This what I mean;

If you see this picture, you can see, when I just applied the tint, the glossy effect and pink colors so pretty, but after a while (less than 1 hour), the glossy effect slowly faded and it became kinda matte, and  the pink color also slowly changed to a bit more darker pink (or I can just say turn to soft red- on my lips). 

No 2, the glossy effect also the same with no 3 and the orange colors slowly tamed down, not changed drastically like no 3. 

BUT I LOVE how this tint turn out at the end of the day. 

I mean, after a while the colors just settle on your lips, no glossy effect

Make your lips look natural. 

I think this tint is so perfect for people who want to try a vivid colors lipstick, but don't have a gut to try the "BAM" colors on their lips.
